The $80 price tag for the component seems absurd and along with the wear on the globe it has me thinking of buying a whole new device. I bought the original Litter robot about 6 years ago and it was life changing.Also I'd like to mention I have the original litter robot 3 that didn't come with connect. But I did install that a year later. I had issues when I first got mine and I thought it was the dfi sensor but just ended up I had to take out the "key" that's in the back and I think there was a cover that was unnecessary too on the inside.Out little robot has a continuous yellow /amber cycling light and the control panel is totally unresponsive.
